I would never recommend this company!!! I haven't ever wrote a negative review before but a friend of mine asked me about this company for his dad. I couldn't stand the idea of any family using this agency or any caregiver working for this company. I should have done this back in August when the trouble started. I experienced first hand with my parents what jmlynch1961 went through. The lack of scheduled nursing care for my parents is the worst I have encountered, anytime you called the office for updates there was never a nurse around, and for weeks our family asked for the nurse in charge and we were always given the run around. Until we found out from the caregivers that they didn't have one. The caregivers were nice and helpful (its the only decent thing I can say about this company), but talked poorly of the owner and never being paid on time or at all! It made myself as well as my parents feel bad for them. It all finally took its toll on them too, most of them quit to find paying employment! Who could blame them!!!! If you care about your loved ones find another company....
