i agree with geostall. i lost my wifi modem and have talked to charter. i told them i had been to the maryville office and they told me they have new wifi modem at that location. so for the second time i drove up to the office for some girl sitting behind the window to tell me they do not have them there. i ask what the modems looked like in case i found it and she said she had no idea. so after 2 trips and an hour on the phone i have been left with no idea how to fix my problem and charter's people dont really give 2 craps about if. pay your bill or they will shut it off. as soon as my contract is up i will be going to direct tv
