I've been trying to contact the Maryville office to exchange my modem. The number is disconnected and the phone support said they were open till 2:00 P.M.. When I got there at 1:00 P.M., they were closed.it seems not even not even the main office knows what's going on. Right now I'm checking on DSL. Charter can always cantact you when they try to PUSH a new service or inform you of a rate hike but when you to contact an office convenient to your location, forget it.
Pros: Seem to be less and less as time goes on.
Cons: lousy local customer service.
