Leasing staff is well treated and I totally agree with Dee M.'s comment on management; management staff treats worst in the whole world. Management is very mean, they never talk in lower voice (sounds like they want to scare the people away) and they break their own rules and words committed - They feel like they are doing a favor to the customers by renting their apartment this is totally customer unfriendly. Any business runs well because of customers, so customers is everything for your success business here it is completely opposite. Unfortunately we do not have many apartment-communities in this area, but if you have other options please avoid Royal Oaks. If I own this apartment community, first thing I will do is fire all the management staff and no need to thinking back at all.
