Royal Oaks Apartments Mgmt

Leasing staff is well treated and I totally agree with Dee M.'s comment on management; management staff treats worst in the whole world. Management is very mean, they never talk in lower voice (sounds like they want to scare the people away) and they break their own rules and words committed - They feel like they are doing a favor to the customers by renting their apartment this is totally customer unfriendly. Any business runs well because of customers, so customers is everything for your success business here it is completely opposite. Unfortunately we do not have many apartment-communities in this area, but if you have other options please avoid Royal Oaks. If I own this apartment community, first thing I will do is fire all the management staff and no need to thinking back at all. more

Me and my husband just renewed our lease and are moving into a bigger apartment. I NEVER should have considered renewing with Royal Oaks!!!I just came from the leasing office and the Leasing Manager (Tracy LaCava) was yelling at me and was extremely rude to me because of a lack of communication that occured between the people who work there. I was suppose to pick up my key today and start moving my stuff in today. Tracy said that she had no idea what I was talking about and that my move in date was tomorrow but their office is closed tomorrow so I really don't understand why she didn't realize this. She refused to give me the key and when I questioned why she did not know what was communicated between me and her fellow employee she started raising her voice and treating me like an idiot. She kept reciting their policies but that was completely irrelevant to her argument. She was beyond unprofessional!!!! I wouldn't expect that type of behavior from a monkey in the jungle whose territory I just entered unkowingly!!! And I just have to mention that I am pregnant and when I made her aware of the fact and asked her to stop upsetting me she just scoffed and rolled her eyes at me and kept mumbling really nasty statements under her breath. I left the leasing office shaking because my blood pressure was through the roof. I will NEVER EVER resign a lease with this apartment complex! more
