I have to say that the owner named Ray does not believe that customers come first. My son and daughter in law picked up their layaway this evening at the Marietta location. Because an associate that created the layaway in the beginning did not know how to calculate properly, when they went to pick it up, they called in advance to get the balance they were given a different balance then when they picked them up. They had a receipt with the total that they were given over the phone and they were required to pay a different amount. The owner, Ray was very rude and disrespectful I would recommend to everyone, not to purchace anything from Horsetown or High Plains. They rip their customers off and have the worst customer service ever. Btw, they hire incompetent employees that apparently do not know how to add or subtract. Now off to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) to file a complaint. Have a blessed evening and remember God loves you.
