The staff was very friendly, however I was extremely disappointed in the selection of women's jeans which I drove over there for. I went several years ago and bought 4 pairs of great jeans, stylish, but tough. The mens, selection of jeans took up an entire wall and a half or better while the women's was just a few cubby holes. It was a 30 minute drive over, and a waste of my time. They are really Horse Town don't know why the store goes by a different name, there website showed all the jeans I wanted to look at but the selection in the store was very disappointing more

I have to say that the owner named Ray does not believe that customers come first. My son and daughter in law picked up their layaway this evening at the Marietta location. Because an associate that created the layaway in the beginning did not know how to calculate properly, when they went to pick it up, they called in advance to get the balance they were given a different balance then when they picked them up. They had a receipt with the total that they were given over the phone and they were required to pay a different amount. The owner, Ray was very rude and disrespectful I would recommend to everyone, not to purchace anything from Horsetown or High Plains. They rip their customers off and have the worst customer service ever. Btw, they hire incompetent employees that apparently do not know how to add or subtract. Now off to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) to file a complaint. Have a blessed evening and remember God loves you. more

Perfect Fit 11/19/2010

First time getting cowboy boots and I have to say, had a great time. The staff was fun to work with and knew what I needed. The hardest part was picking between a great pair or Dan Posts and Nocona's. It will not be long before I go back and pick up the other pair. more

Cowboy Up! 11/16/2008

I love this store. They have the best selection and great prices. I found my favorite pair of cowboy boats here and they were on sale. They have Harley-Davidson gear and all the brands that any cowboy or cowgirl would love. more
