please inform your employees to be honest with their customers. the first driver i encountered told me a lie which resulted in an extra $145 charge. this is definitely not appreciated, especially a week before christmas. this resulted in me not being able to reregister my car until next payday. your second driver was especially nice, professional and helpful. the man i spoke to on the phone was also pleasant and professional. i will definitely relay my story to quite a few people which i am sure will not help your business. i have never felt strongly enough about a company that i felt it necessary to write a bad review, but this was totally unacceptable. sincerely, s, morash
