Now looking for friendly service 4/1/2013

Things have changed here! My previous visits were professional and enjoyable. Not so now! Dirty, unfriendly, loud unprofessional remarks! Most recently went in for a new Mass inspection sticker and was not received very kindly from the tech preforming the inspection. He really struck me as someone who did not want to be there and really did not want me there. more

please inform your employees to be honest with their customers. the first driver i encountered told me a lie which resulted in an extra $145 charge. this is definitely not appreciated, especially a week before christmas. this resulted in me not being able to reregister my car until next payday. your second driver was especially nice, professional and helpful. the man i spoke to on the phone was also pleasant and professional. i will definitely relay my story to quite a few people which i am sure will not help your business. i have never felt strongly enough about a company that i felt it necessary to write a bad review, but this was totally unacceptable. sincerely, s, morash more

I went to Access Auto on a good word threw a friend ,which is the best way to find a good business, in my opinion. They took care of me that day , and at a much better price then Falmouth Motor Car, which I had been dealing with. Thanks Steve more

Truly outstanding and honest... 6/2/2008

I've been a customer of this business for years, and they've serviced my entire family's vehicles from a 1996 Dodge Dakota - (installed a transmission shipped in from out-of-state) to tie rods, and CV joints on Nissan Quests and Mercury Villager, to an engine mount on the Villager, to fuel pumps, brake and power steering master cylinders, an oil pump...etc. etc. etc. They're truly outstanding and honest people.\r \r Michael - Mashpee, MA more

Sirs 11/16/2007

I visited them this summer when concerned about a strange noise in the car. When their kind mechanic checked thing out it turns out it was simply a squealing belt that need a little dressing on it to quiet the problem. No rip off just an honest service and repair. Thanks more
