Pompous attitudes and dismissive ""service"" mean Mammoth gets rated poorly. I urge anyone to bring their bikes somewhere else, because given the attitude of everyone who works here, clearly you are not good enough for them. I wish I could say I had caught them on a bad day, but Everybody who works here carries that pompous attitude with them, BOTH times I came in. A good friend of mine claims a similar experience. I wish I could rate them highly, but seriously Mammoth, customer service is Very Important these days if you want to retain customers. Don't treat everyone like they are stupid. Maybe then you will see repeat customers. But for now, good luck with that attitude! No thank you Mammoth!
