I went into J. Andrew's looking for a bridal gown. I was excited and anticipating the fun day. However, the manager who I had my appointment with, Sarah, was in a very foul mood that day. She did not offer any help or advice or try to work with me to find what I was looking for. She was rude when I asked for things/dresses other than she had picked out and acted like going to get dresses for me to try on was a waste of her time.
