Jeff, the owner is an incredibly rude and terrible business man. He started this second entry on Citysearch because the existing rating was at 30% due to his pathetic customer service comments. \r

I recently went in his store and asked a few questions about a rifle and he was ""annoyed"" that I don't work in the gun industry and know everything about firearms like he does. I can't believe I was stupid enough to go back in his store again and put up with his stupid behavior. I have learned my lesson and will take my money to a business that deserves it. \r

The exchanges prices are inflated and he will provide little or no after purchase support. Go online and save yourself some money and avoid this knucklehead at all costs.
