AWFUL! Mikey the manager was extremely rude and didn't seem to know what he was doing. After making me wait for 2 hrs. he wanted to give me thousands less than the blue book value for my trade in. I was ready to buy but went to another place that gave me exactly what I wanted and it was thousands more. Never again!
