Coit has excellent customer service if one has any concerns with the cleaning. On the negative I had a scheduled time for them to pick up my draperies on a Sat from 5 to 7, around 6;30 pm they called to state they were stuck in traffic and would be one hour to one hour in a half late. I could not wait since we had dinner plans so again had to reschedule. Regarding the cleaning of my rug they did have to come out a second time since the first time it was not done very well. Also on the tile cleaning estimate in my bathrooms there was a mix up on the price quote but the tecnician worked with me. Tool wise, it seems that they need to work better on using the tools to clean the areas that are close to the woodwork in both tile and carpet area.
