I paid off my loan in full two months early. I go to check my bank account a few days later, and they had charged me another payment! Called them, they said there was nothing they can do about the overdraft fees and that they will mail me a check for the over payment, but that would be 15-20 days later. They claim they ONLY look at accounts that have late payments or if the customer calls, otherwise they don't keep track of any other accounts. So I ended up owing my bank fees, and have to wait a month before I get the check of my money that they were not supposed to take out. The person was really rude over the phone as well. My uncle has also had many problems with this company, and they even hung up the phone on him. \r
