I want to thank you for the work you did at my Thousand Oaks condominium. The condo is a rental and to have someone willing to take full charge of the not only the work of removing the existing and installing new heating and A/C unit but, to coordinate with the asbestos contractor, my tenant, the Condo Association office, meeting their requirements, as well as the city inspector. You took a load off of me when I needed it most. You might remember, I lost my wife to cancer on the 15th and the job was scheduled to start and did because of you, on the 17th of October.
My experience with your company can be described in one word, professional. It started with the lady answering my call to the inspector that came out to give his final approval. You have a good team.
