I can't believe what they do is legal. The employees are rude and all yell at you.\r
They never return phone calls and currently, I don't ever call, I'm afraid that they will start yelling. \r
Even, Craig Tice asked me to call him then he started to yell at me.\r

Absolutely no accountability, LB will not take responsibility for their mistakes,\r
I could not believe my ears when I called LB about a billing mistake, they told me that I was a new homeowner and I did not know what I was doing so, that's the cause of the error. sounds crazy, deflecting blame on others.\r
NO Service, No Follow-up\r
Don't ever complain about anything or they will retaliate. \r
