I never thought I'd go to a TV repair person but I guess they don't make TVs like they used to! Wayne is a genuinely nice person. He will tell you, then show you exactly what is wrong with your TV. He is not out to scam you or take your money. I needed a little chip replaced in my TV. I probably could have bought it online for $40 and then spent a week trying to find out where and how to replace it, but at his price I think it was well worth it, especially with a 1 year warranty. I'd say it definitely beats having to buy a whole new $700 set. I called him Monday night and we set an appointment up for Tuesday night. He was very prompt, arriving at my door exactly when he said he'd be there and it only took a total of an hour to have my set repaired. Overall, he was fast, inexpensive, professional, and prompt. I usually don't write reviews but this guy is great and I definitely recommend him to anyone in the tidewater area. Hopefully I won't have anymore TV problems but if I do I'll know who to call.
