Affordable Mobile TV Repair

My TV stopped working today so I gave Wayne a call today. I told him what the TV was doing and he was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. He showed up the same day and had the TV working better than before. He went the extra mile and cleaned out the entire TV set and checked all parts to ensure there were no more issues. Wayne and his wife were very nice and gave some of the best service I have ever received. Pricing was better than anyone else I have ever talked to but more importantly, Wayne was very informative of what is happening and what to do in the future. more

I was very pleased with the repair of my Insignia 32”. Mr. Wayne Mitnick was very personable and knowledgeable. The cost of the repair was well below what I would have had to pay to get another comparable TV. I never thought I'd go to a TV repair person but I guess they don't make TVs like they used to! Wayne is a genuinely nice person. He will tell you, then show you exactly what is wrong with your TV. He is not out to scam you or take your money. I needed a little chip replaced in my TV. I probably could have bought it online for $40 and then spent a week trying to find out where and how to replace it, but at his price I think it was well worth it, especially with a 1 year warranty. I'd say it definitely beats having to buy a whole new $700 set. I called him Monday night and we set an appointment up for Tuesday night. He was very prompt, arriving at my door exactly when he said he'd be there and it only took a total of an hour to have my set repaired. Overall, he was fast, inexpensive, professional, and prompt. I usually don't write reviews but this guy is great and I definitely recommend him to anyone in the tidewater area. Hopefully I won't have anymore TV problems but if I do I'll know who to call. These guys did what they said they would do. Fixed my set for half of what the Geeks Squad quoted us. This mobile tv repair service came to our home within 2 hours after we called them. We called 4 other stops and these guys were the cheapest. If you want to save money on your repair, give them a call. Geeks wanted $400, Affordable Mobile TV Repair charged us $225 for everything. Plus they gave me a 1 year warranty, while ALL of the other shops would only give us 90 days. Highly recommend this company. more
