I left my tablet on the plane on my flight to Atlanta. I made numerous calls to the airport/ airline ( United airline ) to no avail. When I inforned Mr. Cortez at the front desk of my situation , he promptly took action on my behalf and made phone calls and e-mails to the airport.\r

Thanks to Mr. Cortez, I have my tablet back.
