Just last week, much to my chagrin, I had the opportunity to have to experience the treatment at Wells Endodontics. Prior to this I could not spell or define Endodontics. The experience was professional from the first call to set up the appointment, to completing all the prior paperwork on line, to having their office confirn proper Insurance allowances, to expereincing the back massage chairs, to ending the procedure without pain and finally the follow-up call the next day. Everything went as designed. In order for an office to be so professional, it starts from the top. Dr. Wells is detailed, thorough and has a personality that sets the proper tone for the entire office. If needed, one would be remiss and not calling Dr. Wells.
