Everything about my appointment was wonderful, which you never would expect to hear from someone getting a root canal! Dr. Wells is very personable and friendly, the root canal was quick and, if you can even fathom, painless! It's quite a drive for me to go to this office, but I'd drive further if I had to after the experience I've had. Staff is extremely friendly and I have already handed out his business cards to friends and coworkers in the area! \r I even got a call from the doctor himself the day after my appointment (on a Saturday) to ask me how I was feeling and to make sure all my questions were answered. \r \r 5 star experience and doctor! more

A couple months ago I had to have a root canal. I was referred to Dr. Brian Wells. What a great experience I had. The office staff were friendly and efficient. Dr. Wells and his team of professionals were amazing. They explained the entire procedure and my tooth is once again better. Thanks again for your professionalism and care provided. more

This was the best experience I have ever had at any dental office. The office is amazing! The staff is so nice and the patient chairs even give you a massage. The greatest part is Dr. Wells. He makes you feel so comfortable and believe it or not can give you a root canal with NO PAIN! I am so glad I was referred to his office! more

I am happy to say that I am more than satisfied with Dr. Wells. I had my first root canal and it was pain free and I was very relaxed. The staff is awesome. Dr. Wells was very thorough at explaining all the details as to what will take place. I couldn't believe when he said I was done!! The office is beautiful with a relaxing environment. He also followed up with a call the next day which was a Saturday, to see how I was doing. That says a lot for me! I will continue going to him for any future oral procedures that may be needed. They provided excellent professional dental care. They asked for payment up front for the portion which my insurance did not cover, but that was OK, since I have good dental coverage. He's the only dental professional who has ever personally called me the following day to see how I was doing after a dental procedure, and I've had a bunch of them. more

Just last week, much to my chagrin, I had the opportunity to have to experience the treatment at Wells Endodontics. Prior to this I could not spell or define Endodontics. The experience was professional from the first call to set up the appointment, to completing all the prior paperwork on line, to having their office confirn proper Insurance allowances, to expereincing the back massage chairs, to ending the procedure without pain and finally the follow-up call the next day. Everything went as designed. In order for an office to be so professional, it starts from the top. Dr. Wells is detailed, thorough and has a personality that sets the proper tone for the entire office. If needed, one would be remiss and not calling Dr. Wells. more

Pain free root canal!!! Well, I just had one today and I had to write this review, because this man works miracles!\r \r Dr. Wells and his staff are true caring professionals! \r \r My wife and I just moved here from DC, and I have to admit, when my dentist told me I needed a root canal, I was very uneasy…I mean, after all the negative comparisons, I thought this was going to be very painful…\r \r Well, simply put, it wasn’t, it was actually a very different experience than what I had braced myself for…Dr. Wells put me at ease immediately by explaining the whole process, activated the massager on the chair to help me relax, and the whole time they were checking in with me to ensure I remained pain free.\r \r He as well as his lovely staff have amazing bedside manners, and made this a great experience. \r \r I highly recommend Dr. Wells!!!\r more

One of best dental professionals I have ever encountered. I have had the unfortunate experience of having poor teeth most of my life so I do have a great amount of experience with dentists. Dr. Wells level of patient care is superior to any other dental professional. He truly cares about his patients. He explains what needs to be fixed, and takes the time to explain his course of treatment. His staff is always friendly and helpful. Hands down, one of the best dental professionals I have ever seen. \r I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Wells and his staff. I went into my normal dentist yesterday due to a week of mouth pain. It was decided I needed a root canal. I was in dire straits because I know you have to schedule these things and hope you get an appt in the next week. To my surprise Dr. Wells squeezed me in the same day. Please note that I have never been to Dr. Wells in the past and for him to take me, a new patient the same day speaks volumes to his genuinely caring about people. I was there way after normal dentist business hours. \r \r When you walk into the office you are greeted by Marybeth who is one of the most friendliest, nicest people I have ever met. You are immediately put at ease in such an anxious time of need. After a few moments you are brought to the back where the top notch care continues. I feel ashamed because I cannot remember Dr. Wells’ assistant’s name, but her, just like Marybeth puts you even more at ease. Then Dr. Wells comes in, he is extremely friendly and caring. After speaking to him for a few moments I felt totally confident that my pain would be over shortly. What I really liked was that everything they were doing to me was explained in English terms that I could understand. \r \r Within an hour the procedure was completed…I felt no pain at all during the process and today, the next day, I still feel no pain. I am not even sore. I am jumping for joy and as happy as can be. In the past 10 years I have been to at least 6-8 different dentists in NY and FL and hands down, Dr. Wells is the best. I wish he did general dentistry but he doesn’t. If you need a root canal and don’t want to feel any pain go see him. I will always go to him for root canals in the future. \r more

I have been to Dr. Wells for THREE root canals over the past two years. What an incredible professional. His office is immaculate, his staff friendly, inviting and make you feel right at home. He has the latest equipment and the best education around. He makes you feel at ease with his generosity of spirit, his engaging personality and his thorough discussion of any issues you might have regarding your appointment. I could not imagine going to a different Endodontist and would even travel MILES to go to him. more

A root canal is never something you look forward to but I can honestly say, I left Dr. Wells' office feeling great. Dr. Wells and his staff were so friendly. They really put me at ease. His office is conveniently located, extremely clean, & his entire office/equipment seemed to be on the cutting edge of technology. I had taken the entire day off from work when I scheduled this appointment because I was sure I'd be miserable and/or non-functional due to pain meds. Not only did I not need the pain meds, but I spent the rest of the afternoon shopping and enjoying the Florida sunshine! I would definately recommend this Dr. Wells to any of my friends/family members needing Endodontic Services. more

Being treated by Dr Wells was a delight. His office is clean and modern; his staff friendly and polite. And Dr Wells himself is incredible. He is intelligent, compassionate, and actually listens to your concerns. I wish he practiced all phases of dentistry because I would truly go no where else. On top of all that my root canal was PAINLESS! I will never go to anyone else. He has raised the bar in endodontics. more

I am the kind of patient some dentists dread...Small mouth, lots of Torri and little room to work .Oh yes, and Gag reflex and TMJ. \r None of this even phased the staff of Dr Wells and he and his staff are more than accomidating and very friendly along with their compasssion and friendly manner. And by all means ask about Ice skating... what an accomplished man. Two thumbs up, a perfect 10 on professionalism and ability. No one I know wants a root canal. Relax, Dr. Wells is the best dentist I've ever gone to. He is concerned about your comfort. He imakes a point to explain what he is doing, he will take the time to show you where the problem is and step by step what he does as he does it. He wants to to be informed as does his staff. I have never been more at ease around a dentist. He is truly remarkable. The entire procedure was completely painless and thorough. He takes Xrays all along the way to insure he has got everything. He is meticulous and very caring. He wants the experience to be pleasant and he and his staff go out of their way to make it so. I was exceptionally impressed that he personally called me to follow-up on the procedure. How many other doctors ever did this for you? I can't recommend him more. If I ever need an endodontist again, I know where I'll be going. This guy is great!!! more

Amazing and unbelievable to have two root canals without pain, I mean zero pain and that is what I experienced at Wells Endodontics. I received an excellent patient care from the time I walked in the door until I walked out. Dr. Wells spent time making sure I understood everything. The Best started when I opened the door! A beautiful video of planet earth was on the big screen in the lobby and the staff gals were all smiles. The most comfortable rooms you could ask for, but really it's the doctor that matters. Dr. Wells is the most informative doctor I've ever known! He takes all the time necessary to keep you up to date on what is happening with your teeth. Kind, caring and exceptionally interested in how you are feeling and receiving the info he is giving you. It really is difficult to explain how Dr. Wells makes you feel so cared for...it's really about his heart :) You'll understand when you meet him...hopefully you do since that will be one of the best decisions you will ever make for your teeth. more

I needed an emergency root canal and was in the chair 15 minutes after calling their office. That 15 minutes was my drive time there. Now both my wife and I have had work done by Dr. Wells and his fantastic staff and have nothing but good to say about it.\r \r If you have to have endodontic work, these are the folks to see. more

What a great visit I had! I was dreading even making the appointment (it took me 3 months to do so). You know how it goes with referrals, it's a carp-shoot sometimes. Well, this one was a RARE FIND, a goldmine, the jackpot! Dr. Wells and his staff are awesome, so nice and explained everything including having an estimate of the cost before I even walked into the door. The root canal was a root canal, but the treatment from Dr. Wells and Staff was great and the massage chair was just another perk of seeing Dr. Wells! This was not like any other dental visit I've had, especially for a root canal. Medical professionals take note from Dr. Wells, because this office knows what they are doing! Thanks Dr. Wells! more

Having never had a root canal and already anxious about any type dental work, I felt very relieved after my first consutation with Dr. Wells! His office is relaxing and he and his staff are very gracious and warm. He explained everything that would happen and made sure to answer all my questions and alleviate any worries I might have. I even had to call the office on a Sunday and was able to talk to Dr. Wells within a few minutes. From the moment I went into my appointment to have my first root canal, I felt no pain or discomfort at all. Dr. Wells has done two root canals for me in the last few months. I can't imagine going anywhere else. I hate dental work but frankly, I would choose having a root canal with Dr. Wells over any procedure anywhere. You won't feel a thing!
