Had a new hi-efficiency AC installed in May 2010 by a well known company (""they're nice boys"" said mom on TV), and I was extremely happy. Then had three calls from ""service experts"" who bought their business, and who tried to sell me unnecessary things on each trip. Now back with the ""nice boys"" who are now at Stans. Couldn't be happier. Courteous, efficient, honest, punctual. If you want the kind of people everyone wants to deal with, then Stan's is for you.
