They have always been on time 3/3/2014

I think I we've used them ever since we moved to Texas which was about 14 years ago. We have always been on the gold program so they come out twice a year and maintain the units well. I have really appreciated their service. more

Completely satisfied! 1/30/2014

I would recommend Stan's Heating and Air Conditioning! I've been using them forever, probably about 18 years. They do a complete check of my heater and air conditioner every six months. They come when they are supposed to, and they're always on time. If they are running late, they call me. The guys are courteous and nice. They treat you well! more

Excellent 1/29/2014

I hired Stan's Heating and Air Conditioning to come out twice a year to check my A/C and heating. They replace my air filters every time they come out here. When something needs replacing, they replace it. They come when they say they will and are neat, clean, and kind. more

Very pleasant to work with 1/2/2014

Stan's Heating and Air Conditioning is quick, honest, and efficient. They always show up on time to routinely check up on our heater and air conditioner. The technicians that come definitely know their stuff. When problems arise, they quickly diagnose them and give us the options for resolution. They're not the cheapest service but we pay for the good quality. They've always been very flexible with scheduling and are reliable. I'd recommend them highly. more

Stan's Heating and Air Conditioning put in a new A/C unit and twice a year, they service the heating and A/C unit. They're real good. Professional and concerned about their customers 12/2/2013

We've been using Stan's Heating and Air Conditioning for a number of years. They actually picked up on something that was wrong with our air conditioning when we first moved here in 2007 that two other air conditioning companies missed. We have an annual service contract with Stan's, so they come to do maintenance checks on our heating and air conditioning systems twice yearly. The last couple times their technician Poole has come to do our checks, and I've started requesting him when I call. He's very polite, and he obviously knows what he's doing. They are very professional and on time. If they are running late, they will call to let us know. They are very polite. They use booties on their feet when they come in the house. I wouldn't use anybody else. The checklist form they use when they perform the service is so much better than the ones used by other companies. I'm couldn't be more pleased with them! more

Billing Problems 11/11/2013

We have a billing problem with Stan's. It's yet to be resolved. Looks like a Bait and Switch. A discount is offered if you fill out a Texas Gas Rebate for the GSC heating inspection, which is the repairman responsibility (.for some reason that hasn't been done) I was charged for the HVAC contract which I didn't request, or want. All I needed was a repair for a switch and a heating and AC inspection. RESPONSE FROM Stan's Heating and Air Conditioning: Pat I apologize for any miscommunication and thank you for bringing this to my attention. I can assure you that Stan's never practices any form of "bait and switch". In order to get the Texas Gas Rebate you have to use Texas Gas. Unfortunately, they are not your provider. My office has already left you a message so that we can make arrangements to refund the maintenance agreement and only charge you for the tune-up. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Chris Strand more

The servicemen from Stan's Heating and Air Conditioning are always so pleasant and capable. They are also punctual and able to stick to a promised time frame. We've been very satisfied with their seasonal checks on our AC and heating. more

My experience has been very informative. 10/30/2013

Stan's Heating and Air Conditioning has been very reasonable in their price. They installed a new HVAC and air conditioning unit in my home two years ago. They were very competent, very reasonable, and did very good work in the installation. As a result, I have contact them to do yearly updates on my systems. When they come in the fall and in the spring to do maintenance, they are very knowledgeable and very efficient. The technicians are very competent and reasonable and they're very knowledgeable about the units and the service they provide. more

I've been very satisfied with Stan's. 10/9/2013

Stan's Heating and Air Conditioning replaced my air conditioning unit once and they provide me with yearly service in both the spring and fall. Everything's been just fine. They originally put my unit in twenty years ago and I've had the service contract for five years. I've had no reason to change companies. They come out twice a year for the yearly service contract and check out the unit. They see what everything needs and take care of normal maintenance on it. They're very fine, knowledgeable, and pleasant people. more

High quality, dependable work. 10/2/2013

When you make an appointment with Stan's Heating and Air Conditioning, they come on time. They do their work quickly and if there's a mess, they clean it up. They're also really great in emergency situations. If the A/C goes out in August and you call them, they're there the next day to get you set up for a new one. I've been with them since before they were Stan's. The workers are friendly, easy to talk to, and happy to answer questions. It's a high quality business. It's family run and they know what they're doing. more

Very good . 9/3/2013

We've had a wonderful experience with Stan's Heating and Air Conditioning. It's been mostly repair service. We purchased equipment from Strand before and were not happy with who they sold out to, so we switched on over to Stan's. We've had two service calls so far. The next time we have to replace we will go with them. They are very responsive and had somebody here right away both times. The service tech seemed very knowledgeable about what he was doing and I didn't feel like he was trying to up-sell us on anything. My husband started our interaction with Stan's Heating and Air Conditioning. He passed away 14 years ago now, meaning I have been dealing with Stan's for several years. They have done numerous projects for me, most recently installing a furnace in my home. I've never had a reason to switch businesses. more
