i feel that the company has a good heart and does have good service but I really think they need to work on the way they inform people. They fixed my macbook the same day because they had the screen in stock but I didn't have the money for atleast from 2 weeks from then, these people called me everyday to tell me it was ready (part of your job yeah but s&^t man. Long story short I asked to speak to the manager and he noted in the system not to call . and Yep thats it overall good service, but the calling I think they finally stop it
