I purchased a maintenance plan in July to get my hot tub cleaned and maintained. Since I had just cleaned the tub, I was told I would be contacted in 3 months. By the end of October, I had to call and set up an appointment. I talked to the service manager and was given a date they would come out. No one showed up and no one called. I went to the office and personally spoke with the service manager who gave me another date. The date came and went with no one showing up. I went back to the office and spoke with the manager who assured me I would be called. After a week of no phone call I revisited the office and requested my money back. Very poor customer service. Very indifferent to correcting my situation. more
