Excellent Service on 06/15/2012 6/18/2012

We have a Hot Springs Grandee sold to us 3 years ago by Kane at your Raleigh store. He has always been available whenever we had any questions, and made the sales' experience enjoyable! We had our first major service on 06/15/2012. Duane, the store service manager, quickly made our appointment, and the service technician, Andy Hines, was excellent!! He quickly diagnosed and fixed our spa. I highly recommend Atlantic Spas and Billiards!!!! Michael more

No After Purchase Service 11/30/2011

We love our spa, but a problem that is covered by the manufcaturer has not been fixed. We call and leave messages at Atlantic Spas and Billiards that are not returned. When we finally get conected with the service person, it takes another month and too many phone calls to get the service person to look at the problem. We have even talked to the owner! Then they work with the manufacturer and with us to start to fix the problem and STOP. More unreturned phone calls and more frustation. Finally parts are ordered, but more phone calls and unreturned responses later, we are still not getting service. This has been going on for months. I guess even in this tough economy, they don't care about good customer service. Are there really that many people out there buying hot tubs that they can afford to let this aspect of their business go? more

My dream hot tub 1/27/2011

I just wanted to let everyone know that Atlantic Spas & Billiards are the best when it comes to hot tubs. I always wanted a hot tub and the purchasing of a hot tub from them was made easy and fun. I loved that they allowed and encourage me to test as many I as I liked and I loved that they weremore than willing to wait until the porch was built for delivery. Love my Jacuzzi Spa 1/12/2011

I purchased a Jacuzzi Spa from Atlantic Spas & Billiards in Sept of 2004. This has been a wonderful product exceeding all of my expectations for reliability, just as the salesman said that it would. The few times I've needed support, they have been prompt and efficient helping me with trouble shooting prior to me needing a service tech.
