I called them about a delinquent hospital bill on my credit report. When I called I was transferred to Billie Jean who was my case manager. She was extremely helpful and cheerful and walked me through the history of my account (I had no idea about it) and when I expressed concern about not knowing what the bill is for, and because they had no further info, sent me all they had on file so I could look at the hospital codes and call my insurance provider.
