I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. This is the singular worse company that I have ever dealt with. American Home Shield runs a close second. My hot water heater went out in July. It took ARS 5 days to replace it, which is about as long as it worked. Withing 1 week I was trying to call them to fix the brand new water heater. Another several days past and I only got a response because I called their corporate office in Memphis. Their repair lasted 3 months and now it's broken again. Despite the fact that we called them at 7:30 this morning to come out, and despite their repeated promises that first they'd be here in the morning, then the afternoon, then the evening, at 9:16 pm they are no where to be seen.
