Our long time friend the Water Heater had a gas leak and had earned the appropirate nick name. ""Dan F"" from ARS was honest about the options we had and was sensitive to our pain in hearing how much more water heaters had increased in price since 1994 when ARS had installed our last quality friend the Water Heater. It was not difficult to decide that we needed a new water heater. But Dan's committment to the customer continued. When he removed the new heater from the box, it was dented and without hesitation or excuses he left and got another unblemished heater and still had it installed in the allotted time. This is another reason I readily use ARS.
