Thanksgiving Day - water leaking from the ceiling! I called ARS and got help from Kenny that night. The next day Homer K. showed up early at 8 am to repair a leak in the hot water line. He was knowledgeable and went to work right away. I had questions about how much of the line needed to be replaced. Homer took the time to show me the condition of the line and to help me make an informed decision to replace nearly all of it. Then he and his helper (his son) spent the day carefully taking out the old pipe and replacing it. There was only minimal need to cut through a ceiling in one room to get the job done. I was very pleased with work and the timely response on a holiday weekend! Thanks!
