There was a change in nursing staff for first 2 months which left me a little unsure. Primarily because I didn't feel at ease with the previous nurses. But Lisa and Helen (new nurse) are fabulous! Also, Lisa, the ultrasound tech and Michelle, the blood tech are equally as wonderful. And of course, Yaddi and Jackie answering the phones and greeting you when you first arrive are very nice and friendly. And Dr. Jacobs is very open and friendly - I valued his candidness and easy approach, even bringing humor which helped.
