Customer Experience was great, From the Head-Honch-o to the plumber that came to my home here in Lincoln. They were prompt and arrived on time. Friendly service worker that explained everything that he was doing for the issues faced. A couple of things that I found kind of disappointing were, one that they could not fix my issue that day, and two when I asked for the boss man to follow-up with a quote for fixing the issues, I never received a call? So to clean out some roots and for the service man to tell me that I may have a broken pipe, and a cap for the clean out... $300, with no warranty, and no follow-up. Guess that?s the price of a professional though, I just wish they showed all walks of professionalism, especially the follow-up.
