We thought all we needed was a simple repair, we were having a leak in the bathroom in the tub. Unfortunately it turned out it was not a simple repair. They had to cut a hole in the wall to be able to access the pipes that way. It turned into a larger process, which meant more money. The guy was trying to explain best he could, in long run it needed to get done. It was not the ideal situation, but he explained everything and why it needed to be done that way. The only thing that was disappointing was that the initial service call was Wednesday, and he didn't have enough time to fix it until Friday. Overall it was alright though.
