The knowledge of the sales staff and the technicians were outstanding! We purchased several pieces of equipment from them and also had some of our own. They did not try to sell us anything we did not want. The techs installed everything for us. They were exceptionally professional, courteous and patient - even when our teenagers asked for a second demo of the system about two minutes after they had just gone through everything with me.
Additionally, when we thought we had an issue with the system just after installation, instead of trying to troubleshoot over the phone, they came right out to work with us. We would highly recommend all the folks at the Shop.
