I have been a client of Ms. Sanchez's for close to 7 years. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I fell behind on tax filing deadlines, etc. beginning 2008 going forward. Consequently, I was actively pursued by both the IRS & the State of CA Franchise Tax Board.....this included them encumbering several pieces of real estate.
