I have been a client of Ms. Sanchez's for close to 7 years. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I fell behind on tax filing deadlines, etc. beginning 2008 going forward. Consequently, I was actively pursued by both the IRS & the State of CA Franchise Tax Board.....this included them encumbering several pieces of real estate. Ms. Sanchez was un-yielding, and steadfast in her dealings with both groups, and proved to be a remarkable advocate for me. At one point as some of the issues became complicated, and out of her realm of expertise, she was able to draw on multiple professional contacts to assist her in obtaining an extraordinary resolution on my behalf. \r
Words don’t adequately describe how professional, qualified & fair Ms. Sanchez has been in her role as my CPA. I have no hesitation in giving her a “two-thumbs up”, and recommend anyone in need of a CPA to make a consultation appointment with her!\r
