I have been a long time client of MSAH but will no longer be bringing my pets here. My dog went into labor and we ran into complications. When I called MSAH looking for advice and trying to get her seen I was told that they were booked and they could give me a name for another animal hospital. The name they gave me has a reputation for being overpriced and not friendly. When I told them I was uncomfortable bringing her there, their response was "your dog is in danger as well her puppies and needs to be seen".This was a true emergency so why was MY vet not available for me? I understand if this was in the middle of the night and nobody was there but this happened at 10am. What is the point of being a regular client and giving them all of my business as well as my referrals when they are not available to me in case of an emergency.
