We have used Coit for carpet cleaning many times, at different residences. The last two times,once the carpet had dried,quite a bit of dirt remained. That meant that we had to reschedule another "window" of time so that the job could be re-done.
Setting aside time like that causes much hardship, seeing that it always means problems with whatever we have to skip or lose.
Therefore, we will not be calling on Coit for any more work, once our still-stained tile and grout gets re-cleaned.
