I accidentally spilled black coffee on two chairs with white & yellow striped fabric upholstery. I was sure that they were ruined but decided to call Coit's Woodinville, WA office to try to save them. I was pleasantly surprised that they offered to come to our house the same day for a free estimate. Their technician, Edgar, was on time, professional, & did a terrific job in removing the stains. Looking at the chairs a day later I can't see any of the stains at all. Great job Coit! more

The workers will steal from you! 10/20/2013

We allowed the team into our home to assess the water damage to our walls. While there, the workers robbed us of our digitals cameras. They didn't think we would notice but we did and do not recommend their company. When calling to complain and to request a review of their practices, the COIT Superior office did not offer any sympathy. more

Assessment of carpet and cleaning of living room, stairs, basement hall. 3/28/2013

The service rep pointed out issues that caused me to conclude a condition did not warrant "fixing", which I appreciated. Cleaning of living room, stairs and basement hall was quite satisfactory. Rep "sold me" on having a second person come to clean dryer vent and install a warning meter device. When the second person came later, he indicated that the solid vent would not take the device; a condition that the first rep should have/could have made clear to the second one before he made the call. Bottom line is I feel I was sold a bill of goods with regard to the vent cleaning and device, which I went ahead and purchased, hoping that another member of the family could use it. In my opinion it was about $140 of zero value. That is what causes the two star recommendation and total experience poor rating. more

Completely satisfied with the great service. 3/28/2013

Our drapes were on cornice boards. When they came back, they looked good as new even though this was the first time they had been cleaned in 15 years. Their appearance is just as good as the day we had them installed. Will certainly recommend your service to my friends. more

was not pleased 3/27/2013

I was told that Coit could get the mildew off of my grout. The bid came to over $450 and it was supposed to be half off. They cleaned it and it looked similar to when I clean it. I was then told that to remove the mildew that it needed to have the grout removed and replaced and they would send someone out for an estimate. When the person arrived for the estimate they told me that they don't have anyone to provide that service and that they might in a few months and would keep me on the list more

Poor 3/27/2013

Coit cleaned a large set of drapes -- good job. You also clean several large 1" blind sets (five units) -- they were poorly done, and the cords shrunk; that is, three of the five hanging cords that support the blinds lost length -- about 1/2". Again, the blinds were also poorly cleaned. The personnel whom I interfaced with were fine. more

The gentleman came to my house gave me two quotes, which I accepted. He took all my throw crapets to hi shop then came back and did all my in-laid carpeting and several days later my throw carpets were returned and all looked just great. more

From the start of the process through the actual carpet cleaning, I could not ask for a better experience. Contacts were professional and friendly....and did exactly what they said they would in a timely manner. Cleaner showed up on schedule, reviewed the job and advised of areas of concern, and did the job my wife wanted. Happy wife....Happier Husband:) more

They showed up as scheduled. Did a major repair to our carpet. Moved furniture safely to clean all areas. Questioned about any additional services needed. more
