I work for an HOA. Susan Boles lets invoices from people sit on her desk for four weeks before asking for a w-9 and then waits another 4 weeks to pay them. They are cheap and you get what you pay for. The board president is Holly. I don't know why she is thrilled, after 4 weeks of not getting paid, Holly paid me out of her pocket. I could show you inept emails as to why you would never hire them. They have been working for See the Sea for a couple of months. Lets see what happens. Susan Boles assistant just started and just quit. ""Send your invoices to Dorian, I am often out of the office (and don't have time to pay you) and this may help"" That was two weeks ago. Today ""Send your invoices to me. Dorian doesn't work here anymore.\r

I don't want to damage my relationship with anyone and maybe these issues are typical.
