Your online ordering service needs some work. I placed my order but apparently it did not go through. After waiting for a confirmation I never received one. I called just to check and good thing I did because They had no order on file for me. The issue was taken care of promptly and I was grateful. I did Noticed a lot of reviews online have the same issue with ordering. The bouncy house was also a little worn and dirty. However,it was a hit with the kids and worth the money I paid! The delivery man was very professional and courteous. I will definitely order again next year.
