This office is HORRIBLE! \r
First: I called to get lab work orders for a specific reason, went to pick them up and asked to make sure they were the right orders and was told yes by the girl at the front desk. I get to Quest and after sitting there for over an hour (and late to work) was told these lab orders were NOT for what I needed! I had to call and have the new orders faxed over and go back the next day.\r
Second: No regard for your time... my appt was @ 10am... I sat in the lobby till almost 11am THEN sat in the room for another 30mins! \r
Third: The dr barely looks at you and is typing into the computer the whole time he is in the room with you.\r
Fourth: They said owed $25 for a missed appt I have no recollection of making, they claimed my number was wrong (was correct when they read it back)... I asked to speak to the office manager saying that in light of them wasting my time with the lab work I think we should call it a draw! I was told she would call me since she wasn't in the office at that time. I received NO call, NO statement in the mail, and NO notification before they sent me to collections over $25!!! By the time I was informed it was in collections I ended up having to pay almost $50!! \r

All of these things add up to a poor excuse of a doctor! I've never been treated so poorly by a physicians office ever! I guess when there are only a few in this specialty they feel they can get away w/crappy customer service!
