I wish I could rate them a zero. Worst online experience ever. Pretty much the same as everyone else. I got a confirmation email but 3 weeks later no indication that anything is going to be shipped. Emailed them again and they said I would get item in 3-10 business days. After that passed I emailed again and they said it was on backorder. I emailed again and told them to cancel and refund to my credit card. Will it happen? I don't know. \r
I am going to dispute the transaction with the credit card company and also submit a consumer complaint to the state attorney general's office.
