They charge too much and have a lot of hidden fees! Had my teeth cleaned and told me I needed a filling I told them I have to talk with my insurance but they told me that they already have and that the insurance will cover it. After a few months got a letter from them charging me $2K for a filling! So I called the insurance and they told me that the procedure ws not covered and they never received any call from the dental office. When I called dr. Amanda hoovers office they told me that they did call up the insurance company but could not provide me with the date/time of call or even the name of the insurance agent. I had to tell them that I already talked with my lawyer from which they lowered their fee to $700 which I ANGRILY AND HESITANTLY had to pay them. If you are still seeing this dr. I suggest talk with your insurance first before any procedure don't just trust their word. KARMA has a lot of ways of coming back to you dr.
