I had a truck back in 2005 with American Truck Group. I had only driven a couple years for someone else but I was arrogant and thought if this idiot (opinion of person I drove for) could own a truck so could I. So I got a truck and failed miserably because I did not know how to do anything but drive and get paid and spend on everything except my business. I blamed American Truck Group at first for not *helping me* whatever that means. I guess it meant bailing my immature self out of a situation I created. I would have done things the same though and truth be told, it was not their fault and they had nothing to do with how I managed my business. They just put me in a truck. So, 5 years later, with some business sense under my belt I went back and got another truck. Running a small business is hard. That's why only 1 in 10 survive after 6 months. That is a Bureau of Labor Statistics figure. It takes a lot of hard work every day and night. But, as with my case, it is now paying off!
