This place has tons of nice trucks. If you are in the market for a diesel truck, this is the place to go. I had my truck shipped and had no problems with the buying process. Call Jimmy if you want a good salesman. more

Thanks guys! 2/20/2017

Came with my bf from Gulfport, MS when he was buying a truck. A nice young man picked us up from the air port and even stopped for us to get something to eat. The dealership was gorgeous inside and was very homey not like any other dealership I've been to. My bf bought a Volvo cummings that he said was hard to find and we r as happy as can be with it! We have told many of our friends about this place n will continue to do so! more

Called these guys in a pinch. They worked with me until they found a place to get my minor repairs done immediately. I could not loose time on my runs. So thankful they did not give up on the first couple of tries. We found a shop that could get me in and out within a couple of hours and with reasonable rates. . more

Super great service from Breakdown and all the Team at Gulfport location. I have added a second truck to my income. They make it very easy to build a business. I had a small scale problem right after I left with the truck. It looked bad, but when I called the Breakdown team. They reassured me that it had to be something small. It was the oil dipstick had cracked during my drive. I turned around went back and they fixed it immediately. Also, they cleaned my motor from the leaking oil. Back on the road living the American dream. Thanks American Truck Group and the breakdown Team for making that possible. Returning Customer for another truck soon that will be number 3 in my fleet more

I was very kindly assisted by the Tech William at the Breakdown team as soon as I called. He got straight to the problem and helped me with a manual regen. He talked me through it and got me back on the road without having to go to the shop. I really appreciate that he was concerned with saving me time and money. Also, Ms. Dawn followed up with me to be assured that I was helped in a professional manner. It makes you feel good to get a call just to ask if you are doing well. A continuously happy customer of American Truck Group. more

Nothing but good things to say. The team at American Truck group really helped me with my recent truck repairs. They went out of their way to get the bill lowered. Called diligently to keep updates on my truck current. They worked to help me with getting shop bill paid. To top it all off Dawn from Breakdown and my CSR Tammy call me regularly to just see how I am doing. They build good relationships with their customers. I would suggest these to anybody. Many thanks to keep me running and earning money more

The Team worked very hard to find a shop to do my repairs. This was not an easy task to backup with the holidays. We accomplished it together. I got my repair done at an outside shop with help from American Truck Group and the 65 50/50 platinum service plan. This is the whole reason that I signed up with the company. The warranty really helps you with unexpected problems that happen. more

Super friendly tech that helped me find a shop nearby to repair my busted hose. This is just what I pay for with Platinum warranty service. The Breakdown Team answers all the time to help troubleshoot small and large problems. I was able to get the minor repair fixed quickly to prevent a big incident. Thanks so much. more

The Breakdown Team has been the most helpful part of doing business with American Truck Group. The Platinum Coverage plan makes all difference in my business. They help me with getting good prices on labor and parts. They help me with paying the bill. They answer the phone 24/7 to assist my drivers with breakdowns. Sometimes it is just a simple fix from the phone tech William. This coverage is well worth the money for the peace of mind I receive. Glad to do business with you guys more

Very pleased to do business with 2/16/2016

This is response for my father. He is a Spanish speaking driver, but William took the time to go through the steps with me to reset my fathers truck over the phone. I interpreted for him. I was very glad he had patience to help him. After we were done, my father was on the road at no charge to him. Such nice people. Ms. Fiorella is always there to help with any concerns. She is our Spanish speaking customer service representative. This company is a great help to our family to earn money. more

Great team 1/25/2016

My experience with American Truck Group Breakdown Team has been just wonderful. They meet with me when I got my truck and explained the whole program to me. When I had a small issue that needed to be fixed, they got me in the shop right away. Ms. dawn called and checked on me to see if I had a safe bus ride and got back in my truck safely. I can call anytime I have a question and the tech is glad to assist me. Just very nice caring team more

American Truck Group has definitely upgraded the Breakdown Team and system. This is the best service from them I have ever gotten. I am very pleased to say that I would recommend American Truck Group with their Platinum Breakdown plan to everyone. The Team was on the spot with helping me. Clutch went out in mid-afternoon. I called Breakdown to get assistance. They got me a tow truck out right away. Once i got to the shop, the team saved me almost half price on a clutch by shipping it to me at a 50/50 split without the markup you get at other shops. This was a great relief. As everyone knows truck parts are expensive, but American Truck Group is there to keep the prices down on repairs. You just don't know how important this is to a driver. more

great service here and nice trucks 9/29/2014

I really like my truck and I like the service here too. I have used my 50-50 a month ago and had no problems since then. I talk to my service rep every week and she is great. I have told some people about the rent program they have, just to try to help them out because it is hard to get your own truck as much as they cost. It is just impossible for me to get a loan for anything and I like using the program these guys have to buy my truck. They give good service here also more
