We ordered carpet and hard woods. The flooring was promised. No one communicated that it would be late. The wood was installed a week late. After 2 weeks of broken promises, we gave up. The lies and miscommunications occurred at all levels. Our salesman lied multiple times as did installation. Corporate lied and then paseo the buck to Jack. When I asked to speak to Jack,I was informed he would never speak to me. Do not trust this company.
