We want to share our personal thanks to Jacks Carpet and there installers for a job well done. They helped us make a sensible choice when selecting the flooring for our sunroom. The pattern meets our needs to perfection. The installers did their jobs tremendously. They were so thoughtful when preparing the surface for the new vinyl floor covering. We have never experienced such a ""clean crew"". There was never any mess while removing the old flooring or when laying the new flooring. We are so pleased with the professional manner in which this transaction was handled. When ever we need anymore floor products we will use Jacks Carpet. more

I am yet another unsatisfied customer.... We worked with George C at the Pearland store when ordering carpet for our new home. We went with Jack's because George guaranteed installation by a certain date. Of course that date came and went with no carpet installed. We were very understanding, things happen, especially around the holidays. Then when we tried to contact George, our calls were avoided. We also received phone calls from the warehouse where the guy badmouthed George (shouldn't they be on the same team?), and when speaking to George, he tried to place the blame on someone else. One week turned to two, which turned to three. Our patience was up and we STILL did not have an installation date set. It seems like this store has HUGE issues that we were unknowingly put in the middle of. When we asked for our deposit back, George consented but only after acting like a whiny child. Needless to say, I will NEVER buy from Jack's Carpet again in my lifetime and will be spreading the word. more

We ordered carpet and hard woods. The flooring was promised. No one communicated that it would be late. The wood was installed a week late. After 2 weeks of broken promises, we gave up. The lies and miscommunications occurred at all levels. Our salesman lied multiple times as did installation. Corporate lied and then paseo the buck to Jack. When I asked to speak to Jack,I was informed he would never speak to me. Do not trust this company. more

I totally HATE hardwood floors even though I know they are the ""nice"" thing to have. The problem is that I like to walk barefoot and hate wearing slippers. So I decided to get some nice carpeting in my bedroom and tv room. I went here and they were GREAT! I went to a few places, some were a terrible experience and others were just alright, but they had great customer service here(and a diverse selection)! Installation was a breeze and I love my new shaggyish and super soft carpet. I can now roam my halls berefoot! more

I had carpet installed by jacks last week i worked with jeff in the pearland store and he was wonderful he helped me make the right choices for my home and made sure the job was done on time. what a great experience i recomend them to all of my friends more

Called to check on having a wood floor installed in my bedroom. Was asked to hold 2 or 3 times during this short conversation. On one of the times I was asked to hold, I could hear Robert on another line ordering enchiladas for his lunch. I agree with Tammie B Andersons review: Jack's Carpet in Pearland, Texas and it's managment staff has very poor customer service skills and should attend a customer service class more

For instance, Mrs Tammie B Anderson did not explain that she tried to push alcohol on to our new sales man, so that she could get some sort of con deal, knowing that it is wrong, because is a attorney. How can a salesman do his job right if someone is trying to push alcohol. He was very uncomfortable as well. needed carpet for mt house in silver lakes, went in on saturday and worked with chris(very knowledgeable)who gave me agreat price. the installation was on time and my house looks great! Pros: open 7 days a week more
