I have purchased 6 (yes 6) vehicles from Toyota of Santa Cruz. First two were from Cynthia (who is now in service) and the rest from her husband Chuck, I FULLY agree that there are less than desirable salespeople on the lot; that is why I stick with Chuck. He is real and lets me know exactly what I can afford and what to expect. He has even talked me out of a vehicle when he knew it would be more than I could handle even though I wanted more than life it self. I advise any one who feels they are being taken advantage of or who feels uncomfortable to ask for Chuck or better yet, ask for Julie the sales manager. There is PLENTY of competition out there and no one needs to feel abused when putting out that kinda of money. Let Chuck or Julie know you your not happy and they will do every thing they can to help you understand the process and make sure your are happy with your purchase.
